About Femme in Tech
Our Mission
We're dedicated to empowering women in tech by providing mentoring, resources, and a supportive community. We aim to empower 1 million women and non-binary individuals to pursue and succeed in tech-related fields by 2030 through mentorship, education, networking, and advocacy.
Our Mentoring Programs
Our mentoring programs are central to our work. Research shows that 97% of people say mentors are valuable, and 89% of those who receive mentors would mentor others. That is why we encourage women around the world to participate in our program as mentors or mentees. Mentoring is more than just advice. It is about motivating and empowering others and helping them understand and achieve their goals. Mentors and mentees work together to solve problems, share experiences and can learn from each other.
Our Supportive Community
Our community provides a safe place to ask questions, get support, and celebrate achievements. We believe that women in tech should feel empowered to succeed and that a supportive community is integral to achieving that. Our community is a place where women in tech can connect, share experiences, and support each other through the ups and downs of the industry.
Inspiring Women in Technology
Inspired by the achievements of women in technology, we belive that sharing women's stories can inspire the next generation. Ada Lovelace, Hedy Lamarr, Grace Hopper, Annie Easley, and Ladia Perlman are just a few of the pioneers who paved the way for women in today's tech industry. We honour their achievements and use their legacy to inspire and improve others.
